Hello, my name is Patrick Cosgrove.

Thank you for visiting my website.  On a cell phone you will find a drop down menu with various links to different projects I've worked on...this is not an inclusive list, or one which I limit my works to, but it's a start.  I grew up in the bush in small town Lion's Head Ontario on the Bruce Peninsula. I've been working construction in various fields my entire life from Ontario to British Columbia and  bought and "flipped" a couple homes along the way.  From rough residential framing, to hard/landscaping, to installing appliances I 've done it all.

About me and my "brand"?  I do differentiate myself by my company name as I break down the barrier between personal and professional life: it's who I am.  I am not building an empire, simply raising three boys.  My business model understands that every client and situation is unique.  Whether you are looking to frame and finish a basement, update a bathroom or kitchen, or take care of your home any other way inside or out, it's likely your circumstances are different than your neighbours.  With that in mind, that's how you will be treated from start to finish.  As an aside here, I'm also a high-school teacher, now don't hold that against me as a contractor and those credentials aside, one thing the teaching profession recognizes is that "fairness is not sameness."  In the case of you and your neighbour, for instance, both want an updated bathroom.  Both care for your homes and feel it's ready for an improved space; however, perhaps you have circumstances that make such an endeavour more difficult for you.   I will work with you on that in terms of process and pricing.  I believe everyone who wishes to work toward a better life space should be allowed it.
